• The tour is suitable and covered by insurance for participants aged 7 to 65 years old
• Children aged 7 to 12 years old can only do a tandem ride
• Solo rides (single ride) are available for participants aged 13 years and older
• Photo and video services are available at an additional cost
• Not recommended for pregnant travelers
• Participants are expected to have a moderate level of physical fitness
• No heart or other significant medical conditions should be present
• Free cancellation or date changes up to 24 hours before the tour date
• 50% charge for cancellations on the day of the tour after the driver has arrived at the hotel
• Payment can be made in cash directly to the driver in either IDR or USD based on the latest exchange rates
