- Participants are expected to have a moderate level of physical fitness
- No heart or other significant medical conditions should be present
- Free cancellation or date changes up to 24 hours before the tour date
- 50% charge for cancellations on the day of the tour after the driver has arrived at the hotel
- Payment can be made in cash directly to the driver in either IDR or USD based on the latest exchange rates
